My name is Caroline Haye and I know what it is like to live with vitiligo.
Mine started at a very young age and continued to spread until I was
50. There were no products readily available on the market during
those years, as far as I know, that could have either improved my skin
colour or my quality of life as a vitiligo sufferer. Neither was
there any internet to turn to for mutual support or solutions until
relatively recently.
After 5 decades of
feeling totally isolated and hopeless about my white patches (which, by
then, covered roughly 80% of my body and my entire face) I was extremely
fortunate to find some nutritional supplements, quite by chance, that
achieved something I had been led to believe was impossible: vitiligo
recovery. Using these supplements, along with sun exposure, stopped my
vitiligo from spreading and actually reversed the depigmentation
process. I achieved almost total recovery of my natural skin
colour within the space of about 18 months.

Ever since this life-changing and completely unexpected recovery I have been passionate about sharing my story
so that others will know that – no matter what the doctors may tell you
– you do not have to accept vitiligo as a life sentence. I do not
claim to have all the answers (or even all the questions!) but I do
know that there are proactive things you can do:
a) to help stop your vitiligo from spreading b) to improve your vitiligo and c) to even reverse and repigment it altogether. |

Whilst it is true that there is no single, definitive cure for this condition yet,
I do know that there are many solutions that can help significantly.
And, above all, I know from very personal experience that it is
always too soon to lose hope.
